Their drive safe and save app is great if you dont fat finger your mileage. We've missed out on our discount since March of this year because of it. I did not receive a bill foe the month of October until AFTER the due date and am now being penalized for not paying the month of October on time. My bill has been different every single month since I switched my insurance policy which means I cannot possibly know what my bill is each month without a bill. I have been given excuse after excuse after excuse as to why I have been over charged every month and not one true answer."
