Mark not only went over our insurance policies with us, but went above and beyond to help us understand our questions we had in regards to Social Security. "I learned about State Farm through my bf who has insured all his property through same. The night before going to Mark’s office I filled up info online and tried to save the quote and email it to myself but there was no such option. So I send the quote to designated person, Mark. Sterling contacted me with updated quote (very reasonable) and I requested an in-person meeting with Mark and he helped me with that. When I arrived there, I knew all the documents they wanted from me (including the ones needed for insuring my rental and road bicycle), and they provided me with printed version of quotes. Mark went over all the items in the quote and even personalized them further based on my job type and also my health insurance. I am extremely happy with my experience since Mark and Sterling answered every question I had and were very welcoming and approachable. I am so glad we had local office for State Farm in Downtown Columbus. If I knew about Mark’s office sooner, I would have 100% started with them. Mark also told me that driving app measurement that starts with 10% discount can easily move up to 25% discount within the next 6 months. I believe I am in good hands. He also mentioned if any thing happens, they take care of all of the claims. What I respect Mark and Sterling truly for, they listen to customer to see what they are most in need of, and also try to have the most comprehensive and economical option for the customer. I highly recommend meeting Mark in person and learning from his expertise. Sterling went the extra mile and emailed the renter insurance proof to my property manager and that made every thing extra smooth."

"Been with these guys for a few years now. House, cars, boat, life insurance policies all through them. Things went down hill after my husband was rear ended. Don't hear much from them anymore. Their drive safe and save app is great if you dont fat finger your mileage. We've missed out on our discount since March of this year because of it. They can't seem to get that straightened out and fixed. Im tired of calling. I'm sure they are too. They're claims departments aside from auto is ridiculous. Still waiting for salvage title. Accident happened December of 2022. This is what loyal service gets you?"

"Switched to State Farm April 2023, had some issues with home owners not excepting documentation, Andrea Appelgate from Marks office worked diligently on this and made sure everything was taken care of. Then once again in August 2023 while traveling we received damage to our windshield. (only had the car a month) Called and spoke with Andrea and she once again handled everything. "Extremely unprofessional! Andrea refused to listen to anything I said, continuously talked over me, got extremely rude and kept hanging up the phone. I did not receive a bill foe the month of October until AFTER the due date and am now being penalized for not paying the month of October on time. My bill has been different every single month since I switched my insurance policy which means I cannot possibly know what my bill is each month without a bill. I have been given excuse after excuse after excuse as to why I have been over charged every month and not one true answer."
